Return/Exchange Policy & Abandoned Pick-up Order Policy
RETURNS:
We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns. We accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise and reorder correct size. You will need to pay for all shipping cost on new purchase.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery/pickup date.
- Merchandise must be accompanied with original receipt.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any previously attached Jesuit hang tags. If tags are not accompanied with merchandise, you will receive in store credit only option.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be returned.
- Refunds are posted back to original payment method.
- All returns must include the original box, if any, in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Gift Cards and food are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at your expense. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).
Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping upon receipt of your return. If your return does not comply with the above requests, NO REFUND
ABANDONED PICK-UP ORDER POLICY:
Due to limited space in our physical store and extended delays in order pickups, we have implemented the following new policy:
Order Pick-Up Policy
Effective immediately, all pick-up orders must be collected within the following timeframes:
1. Two-Week Hold Period: Orders not picked up within 14 calendar days from the date of fulfillment will be moved to storage. After this period, customers must coordinate with a staff member to schedule a new pick-up time.
2. Six-Week Abandonment Period: If the order remains uncollected after 42 calendar days from the date of fulfillment, the order will be considered abandoned. The Ranger Connection reserves the right to return the item(s) to store inventory for resale. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
